Why should I post my job here?

Immediately. Your job will be immediately posted on Pragmatic Studio's Job Board, featured on other Ruby and Rails job sites, and delivered to candidates via e-mail and their RSS reader.

It's free for Pragmatic Studio alumni, and $99 for non-alumni with all proceeds going to charity.
